Singleclipper H2 | H-540

The H2 is a high-speed pneumatic single-clipper. The H2 | H-540 is able to process clip series H-540. This series is suitable for sealing natural, artificial and plastic casings (tubular film), nets (net bags) and plastic bags using an aluminium clip.

Operation:

The H2 is a manual clip machine which is operated using compressed air. The to-be-closed product is placed in the opening of the machine and the push-button is then activated manually. This causes the gatherer to close, thus automatically sealing the clip around the product. The closing force of the clip - clip pressure - can be adjusted manually.

This single clipper can be supplied with a loop device. This means loops can also be clipped quickly and efficiently. Excess packaging can be removed using the optional manual or pneumatic blade.
